Property Development and Leasing

To house all corporate operations, IBS is constructing a new headquarters on a 4-acre tract of land on the new Highway 25 bypass in Starkville, MS. The architectural firm of Shaffer & Associates has been contracted to complete the design of this new facility. In the final planning stages, ground breaking is set for the spring of 2009 with occupancy projected for the fall of 2009. IBS plans to occupy approximately 3600 feet of the 17,500 foot development. There will be 4 stages to the construction project with one third of the parcel reserved for a stand-alone restaurant or retailer.
